This Deed of Foundation has been compiled on the basis of Government Decree No. 148/2002. (VII. 1.) on the Prime Minister's Office, with due observance of the provisions laid out in Government Decree No. 1088/1994. (IX. 20.) on the procedural rules of Government, Act No. XXXVIII of 1992 on the general government system as amended, and Government Decree No. 217/1998. (XII. 30.) on the regime of the operation of the general government system.
